As part of the first stage of Bitrix24 implementation, the structure of the Moscow Trade Representative Office of JSC Syktyvkar Tissue Group was reflected in STG. The structure and users were loaded onto the portal from AD using the standard integration module.
We distribute roles
When users are loaded onto the portal, roles need to be germany mobile database distributed between them. Roles define not only production tasks, but also levels of access to information. In STG, the main roles are territorial manager, regional manager, director, administrator, employee. Each role has its own B24 entities (Contact, Company, Deal, Offer, etc.).

We create directories
CRM has Directories in which you can set up stages and statuses of elements, as well as values of some system fields. That is, the CRM administrator can set sales stages (funnel length), customer characteristics, products, lead sources, etc.
Only deals have stages (e.g. not processed/in processing/placed/in production/shipment, etc.). Since STG has several sales directions, each of them has its own deal stages.
