Personnel are leaving for big politics and business

Post by monira444 »

Speaking about personnel changes in political PR, our experts note a reduction in mid-level specialists and attribute this to a drop in demand for turnkey PR campaigns.

Many specialists knock on our doors with the request, "Guys, take us on some campaign." But we do not conduct large-scale "turnkey" campaigns; there is practically no such request anymore.

The typical scheme: an administrative and party structure works, and several external consultants on strategy and image. And we cover these needs with full-time specialists.

Accordingly, the middle layer of specialists (field workers, organizers, media people) is beginning to wash out.

Evgeny Minchenko

Evgeny attributes this decline in interest in turnkey political PR uruguay mobile database campaigns to two factors: on the one hand, parties already have their own high-level political strategists, on the other hand, political strategists themselves often become officials.

Almost all parties today have their own political strategists on duty. And some of our political strategists colleagues have become State Duma deputies or vice-governors. For example, member of the RASO executive council Sergey Aleksandrovich Tolmachev is now the first vice-governor of the Zaporizhia region. And he is not the only one.

The sixth president of RASO Stanislav Naumov is a State Duma deputy and deputy head of the LDPR faction. Members of the RASO Political Technologies Committee Dmitry Gusev and Oleg Matveychev are also State Duma deputies, from the SRZP and United Russia, respectively.

About a third of today's vice-governors are former political strategists, and, accordingly, they themselves already have enough experience. For example, one of the most experienced we have now is the vice-governor for domestic policy Sergey Aleksandrovich Ponomarenko in Krasnoyarsk Krai. Well, who will teach him how to run elections? He is already electing the fifth governor, he knows everything, every path and forest, every ear of corn in the field.
