Since guest posts are the most expensive links and you need to budget for them, I recommend using the Linkdetective service (export the competitor's links from Ahrefs and insert them into Linkdetective as a list):

Bonus links are links that do not affect ranking, but they allow you to prepare your site for guest posts, because without them, Google may consider your actions with links as spam.
