We also see a general fascination with outbound calling among businesses. Perhaps, it is an effective sales tactic. Or it is necessary for the company's business process when it is necessary to deliver an important message to clients. The rapid development of this market has led to the fact that subscribers are already frankly tired of the number of attempts to sell them something cold. We see this by the increase in the number of unsuccessful calls during outbound calls. Companies are tired too - and have already started ordering anti-spam services from us. Kaspersky Lab has released special software for smartphones that can combat unwanted calls and telemarketing.
Another noticeable change is the standardization of virtual PBXs . Almost everyone has the service, they are becoming similar to each other. In the competition of solutions, not functional capabilities, but other factors are starting to work: the ability to find and attract a client, retain, provide high-quality service and connect him, create added value and fit into the client's business processes.
