Steps:Download Telegram Desktop:
Log in using your Telegram account.
Go to:
Settings > Privacy and Security > Export Telegram Data
Choose what to export:
Personal chats
Group/channel messages
Media (photos, videos, documents)
Account info
Choose HTML or JSON format (HTML is easier to read; JSON is better for developers).
Click Export. A folder will be created with your data.
Upload this folder to:
Google Drive
Dropbox
OneDrive
iCloud Drive
Any other cloud storage service
Tip: Create a zip file of the exported folder to save space.
2. Automatically Sync Telegram Media to Google Drive (Android Only)
Telegram media (photos, videos, files) you download to your phone can be backed up using your Google account.
Steps:
Go to File Manager > Telegram folder.
Open Google Drive app.
Tap + > Upload > Browse and select the Telegram media folders:

Telegram Video
Telegram Documents
To automate this:
Use an app like Autosync for Google Drive or FolderSync.
Set it to sync Telegram folders to a Google Drive folder.
This only backs up downloaded media, not full chat histories.

If you're using Secret Chats, remember:
They are only stored on-device and not backed up to Telegram cloud
