Dignity
Dignity is a word whose definition has been usurped and re-marketed to commonly mean support of homosexual behavior. In fact, the name of an active homosexual dissenter group is called Dignity/USA. In the more general case, dissenters use of the term dignity has been to support pluralism via uninhibited freedom of conscience. It is true that persons have dignity as taught by Vatican II (see Dignitatis Humanae), however this does not mean that a person's behavior is at all dignified. What does Vatican II teach?
It is in accordance with their dignity as persons--that is, beings endowed with reason and free will and therefore privileged to bear personal responsibility--that all men should be at once impelled by nature and also bound by a moral obligation to seek the truth, especially religious truth. They are also bound to adhere to the truth, once it is known, and to order their whole lives in accord with the demands of truth.

True dignity then means to learn the Truth and live your life according to it. Homosexual acts degrade the dignity of the person and have been condemned by the God and His Church, going back thousands of years to the Old Testament Biblical times.
