Callbell has a great tool to create and develop chatbots for any type of conversations, with this functionality you will be able to preconfigure these bots that will make your work easier and more productive.
There are different types of chatbots, but we'll leave that conversation for another time, today we'll focus on how to create a basic flow for your business.
Step 1
The first thing to do is to create a Callbell account , by clicking here business owner database and following the registration steps.

Then, configure your Callbell account, add collaborators and connect your social networks.

Then, go to the BOT button ( there are 2, one to activate and one to create bots ) and proceed to configure our Chatbot. Click on new BOT .

Depending on the template selected, you will have several options to choose from , you will be able to add actions like calls to action, contacts, adding notes, labels, sending messages, assigning teams, closing conversations and more.

Once our flow is created, it is time to activate the chatbots by clicking on publish draft , but not without having tested it with the run simulator button .

Once the Chatbot is published, it's time to try it out.
NB: You must take into account that to have an active Chatbot you must deactivate the automatic router of your Callbell account .
