The Future of the Command Center
The command center as we know it today has a central place within the organization. A good start, but wouldn't it be much better if every department had its own command center to bring targeted information to the place where it is relevant? For example, provide the marketing department with relevant data such as sentiment analyses and conversations about the brand, australia mobile phone number list while the health care department has insight into conversations and data about the health care product. I wonder if that should be done with large screens in the department. Perhaps presenting this information via the internal social network is much more effective?
Command centers, as discussed, provide a lot of valuable information for, and especially about, the organization. When we are able to combine this social data with other critical data sources of the organization, we have a powerful tool in hand for product managers and senior management to take products and services, and with that the entire organization, to a higher level.
