Data collection and processing is carried out by special organizations - ORD - advertising data operators. They send information to ERIR - the unified register of Internet advertising. This is an organization of Roskomnadzor. Access to information from the register is available to participants in the advertising chain, the Federal Tax Service, Roskomnadzor, and the Federal Antimonopoly Service.
