Thanks to the new system, autonomous drones will automatically

Post by tanjimajuha20 »

Scientists from the Samara National Research University named after academician S.P. Korolev and the Institute of Image Processing Systems of the Russian Academy of Sciences will develop a unified security ecosystem for domestic unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) based on artificial intelligence (AI). The development will streamline and automate drone flights and minimize the number of potential emergency situations on the ground and in the air.

"We are implementing the iran whatsapp number database project together with our industrial partner, the company that develops unmanned aircraft systems, Transport of the Future. This company is creating a plant for the production of civilian drones in the special economic zone (SEZ) Togliatti. The developed system based on neural networks will increase the safety of drone operation and minimize the number of possible emergency situations, and in the future will help create standards and rules for air traffic for the entire unmanned aviation industry," confirmed Artem Nikonorov, Director of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Head of the Center for Intelligent Mobility of Multifunctional Unmanned Aircraft Systems at Samara University named after Korolev, Professor.

follow established traffic rules and standards and will be able to adjust routes using neural networks, for example, due to changing weather conditions or the risk of collision. If the UAV flies outside the air corridor allocated to it, the "electronic dispatcher" will order it to return, and if it does not respond in any way, for example due to a breakdown, the system will be able to force it to land in a safe place.

Deputy Director General for Public Relations of the Aeroscript Research Center (R&C) Zarina Khubezhova positively assessed the creation of the ecosystem: "The integration of the digital platform for unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) flights "Nebosvod" and the solutions of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence will allow us to take another step towards creating a safe digital sky. R&C "Aeroscript" is one of the participants in the experimental legal regime (ELR) "Samara". Hundreds of digital flights of drones are planned within the framework of this EPR. Testing of digital flights of UAS, including using AI, is carried out through "Nebosvod".

Nikita Danilov, CEO and founder of the company that developed the Fly Drone single-window digital services system for the life cycle of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), spoke about the idea of creating such a system back in September 2023: "The Rostec state corporation and the Almaz-Antey Air Defense Concern, with the participation of Fly Drone and Azimuth, announced the creation of an automated ecosystem back in September 2023. The system can counter drone attacks and ensure the safety of the skies in the regions. The system integrates solutions for UAV flight control, radar, electronic warfare (EW) and air defense (AD) systems. Scaling such a system to all regions of the country can certainly ensure the safety of drone flights. However, in the context of ensuring security, the industry currently lacks coordination of the actions of the main players."

Commercial Director of the Laboratory of the Future, an expert in the market of the National Technology Initiative (NTI) Aeronet, believes that the market is overflowing with ideas for creating such platforms: "Today, only the lazy are not engaged in machine vision and automatic flights. All manufacturers want to automate systems as much as possible, add autonomy and increase reliability. At the same time, almost everyone is moving in their own directions, and some companies have already achieved certain successes. Our company already has the bitter experience of working with one well-known university in the field of creating machine vision and automating flight missions. Unfortunately, it is unlikely that we will be able to get back the money spent, but the experience in this case can be considered a positive result, which forced us to rely only on our own strength. In my opinion, it is the first mass and affordable solutions that will occupy the market, and all other developers and manufacturers will have to admit failure and join ready-made and in-demand systems."
