As Ekaterina Cherkes-Zade noted, a single japan whatsapp number database legal framework is necessary to unite the features of all industries and develop them comprehensively, but for now industries rely on industry-specific regulatory frameworks and are subordinate to individual ministries.
"The creative economy in the world is growing three to five times faster than other industries. World and Russian statistics show that the creative economy provides 3% of GDP. The creative economy is built on people, it is a human-centric economy: in Russia, about 7 million entrepreneurs are involved in the creative economy," said Ekaterina Cherkes-Zade.
In her opinion, it was in 2023 that the creative economy was born in Russia - industry representatives began to talk about it systematically. Earlier, in 2021, the Russian government approved the first concept for the development of creative industries until 2030, and before that, regional initiatives were known: in 2019, the Agency for Creative Industries in Moscow was formed under the Department of Entrepreneurship of the City of Moscow, and in 2019, Yakutia adopted the first regional concept for the development of creative industries.
Among the main goals for 2024, the director of the center noted the development and implementation of a creative economy strategy, the development of regional economies, the export of products and services of the creative economy of the Russian Federation, and the development of an active professional community.
Yulia Shulga, Project Director of the ASI Creative Economy Development Center, reported that the center will develop a methodology for an annual study of creative industries from January to June 2024: "We want to create a methodology to determine which measures will lead to which results. If necessary, we could change the logic of the steps. Leading companies have agreed to cooperate - these are the HSE, Trust Technologies (a consulting company that was previously part of the international company PWC - ComNews note ), and the ASI research center. We are confident that we will be able to present the first results of the work by the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum - 2024 (SPIEF)."
According to Yulia Shulga, the Center for Creative Economy has already begun to form roadmaps and concepts for each individual industry, which will be included in the unified strategy for the creative economy, and the center intends to present the final version of the roadmaps by March 202
