This totally changes my perspective on content generation and AI

When you've been blogging for a while, there comes a point where it's not so clear what to keep writing about to get results. Topics keep popping up, and you keep posting. But what should I write about to really attract my target audience? In which topics do I have the most opportunities, considering search volume, my competition, and what my client wants to read? Answering these questions would allow us to make a content plan that meets a specific objective, not just generate content for the sake of generating it.
The process I am going to show you does usa phone numbers list
not replace an SEO specialist, but it does show you a “new world” of content possibilities oriented towards specific objectives.
If you are an SME or a small business owner, it is normal that your resources to generate content are limited. When we write without a clear objective, we are adding a “grain of sand” (article) to dozens of containers (topics) in which many others (competition) are struggling to stand out.
The content strategy of an SME must make a double commitment:
Global : topics that may interest our potential client .
Specific : opt for a specific theme that we believe will capture the attention of our clients and, therefore, allow us to build a relationship with them.
This is the central idea that led me to create the process that I am going to tell you about below.
I'm going to show you how to structure a powerful content strategy that not only improves your brand's visibility, but also helps you capture new qualified leads.

A new way to create content plans with AI
1. Define key content areas and examples
The first step was to identify 10 content areas that were relevant and aligned with my target audience's searches. Some were clear to me: digital marketing strategy, sales, etc., but in others I had (and still have) ungrouped and unrelated content.
Based on a simple prompt, I asked ChatGPT for a list of topics (not specific articles) that would be of interest to my buyer persona. To do a better job, I gave him the information from the service page of my digital marketing consultancies (LINK) where I describe the profile and needs of SME managers and directors. I also gave him a series of open questions that I was preparing for a conference I am going to give in mid-October.
With this prompt, this information and answers to several questions that ChatGPT asked me, I was able to obtain a list of topics with their associated keywords (the containers in my previous example), with 5 content proposals (articles). I also asked it to prioritize those that were popular (high search volume), but that were not so popular (for which I gave it data on my competition).
For me, this was already a big step. But I asked myself, am I not cannibalizing the relevance of existing articles? What have I written about each area?

2. Review of articles already written on the blog
To answer this question I had to download the basic content data of my blog (about 950 articles). To do this I used Web Scraper (a free Chrome add-on), which gave me a file with the titles and URLs of all my articles.
3. Selecting the most relevant articles to write
I then asked him to combine the results from points 1 and 2 and suggest article opportunities to complement these themes on my blog, prioritizing them based on their greatest potential to generate traffic and attract the attention of new customers, and I asked him to add the most relevant keywords.
I have to check this out, because it is the “magic” that I still don’t believe in. In any case, it is a giant step.
4. The result: a super-powerful, AI-optimized content strategy
The result of this process is a content plan optimized with artificial intelligence, capable of positioning my website and services in the topics that my potential clients search for the most. It is not perfect, by any means. But it represents a significant step forward and saves time.
