However, despite the goals, social marketing remains a business tool. An organization, thanks to a well-designed strategy, adds “humanity” to its image.

Of course, the employees who are directly involved in the implementation of these programs really want to help people. However, their actions also work for the company's PR. If there is a benefit for business, then the advertising budget is spent on such projects.
