Medical Industry Problems with Google

Marcin: Generally, Google has its periods when it doesn't like everyone in the medical industry. And it's like this, sometimes it punishes someone for some unknown reason, and sometimes it rewards someone.

Artur: We know this from Google ads.

Marcin: You know perfectly well, working with us, that the medical industry is not the easiest to advertise on Google or even on Facebook, which is a bit easier. Because there are so many restrictions related primarily to not offending israel rcs data human dignity. So you can't tell someone to lose weight, because it might offend them. If we want to advertise any medical procedures concerning, for example, stomach balloons, or simply stomach reduction or stomach removal, then Google very often blocks such ads.

However, when it comes to positioning, it is so that Google often, in fact a few times a year, makes major changes to algorithms, and you have to be well prepared for this. In our industry, credibility is extremely important. Therefore, when someone enters Kliniki.pl, they will see our content.

We not only have an editorial team, but we also have signed authors. These authors have their own history there, when it comes to writing a text from the medical industry, but very often doctors authorize our content, so that it is actually treated by Google as verified. Of course, these are not strictly medical, scientific texts, but they are based on sources and are verified by doctors. And these are the elements that are very important to Google.

I think that over the last two years we have done a lot of good work in this respect. I mean, first of all we did the editing. We did a lot to authorize these texts, to make sure they all had sources. To make sure these sources were linked, to make sure they were verified. And everything is going in the right direction. This year we have already grown more than twice. In October we had almost 1 million 100 thousand users. In January there were less than 0.5 million.
