Why am I talking about this?

Because every team member knows they have a presentation to make.
It's not like there are only people who are doing their current work. The topics can cover many aspects and develop not only hard but also soft skills.
And it works great.
After each presentation there are not only questions and discussions, but above all positive feedback and congratulations.
From my perspective, the greatest benefit is that the team educates each other and at the saudi arabia rcs data same time has the opportunity to present their results to others.
Thanks to this, they gain more confidence in their own competences and simply learn to convey knowledge and information in an understandable way.
Because if I am able to explain something to my colleagues who do not deal with, for example, Facebook Ads on a daily basis, then I will be able to pass on this knowledge to a client who does not necessarily have to know our industry jargon.
But above all, the key aspect is the exchange of knowledge and leveling the playing field (as I like to call it), so that every specialist who knows one thing makes sure that others know it too.
I'll give you an example:
A few weeks ago, the aforementioned Marek discussed budget optimization by changing the budget type to total and the so-called campaign refresh.
By the way, I think I'll do an episode on this soon — maybe even with Mark — because I think it's a really interesting topic.
