Considering that we have been inserting the text into spam sites within the first ten days of November, we can observe a clear decline in positions on the highest search volume keywords. An interesting aspect is that in mid-November we can see how some positions have even improved a little, only to definitively fall by the end of the month.

Look again at this table obtained by setting up a project on SEMrush, where you can turn leads into sales with overseas chinese in worldwide data see how on November 29th the results have further dropped compared to table 1:

Negative Spinning: So Does It Work?
Can we say without a shadow of a doubt that the mere copying of text into comments on spam sites leads to a penalty on the target page?

Certainly not , there may be other causes behind this sharp drop in positions. It is too easy to say that the hypothesis is confirmed, at least 100%, so we limit ourselves to reporting the matter to the Google Web spam team and John Mueller, in particular to have his feedback, hoping that the official SEMrush blog will provide our study with an adequate echo.

What do you think of the results obtained with this test?
