The next steps are as follows:
The first column is for entering the counter food and beverage email list name (take the same as the site name).
Next comes the field for entering the domain or site path. It may look like this: example.ru or example.ru/category/.
You can set up Yandex.Metrica so that it works for two sites at once (or even more). Just click on additional addresses and add the site name (as in point 2).
Check the boxes next to "Accept data from specified addresses" and "Including subdomains". You can configure the system so that it separately counts transitions from the main URL and from additional ones.
Please specify your region's time zone.
Activate Webvisor, form analytics, scroll map and track user behavior on the site: every click, mouse movement, form filling, page viewing to the very bottom, etc.
In the section with conditions, click “Accept” and then “Create counter”.
Now you need to copy the code to install Yandex.Metrica on your site. The system gives you three options to choose from:
via html;
using CMS and special web page builders;
via the tag management system.
The easiest and most effective way is the first one, it is recommended to stop at it. So, take the code and insert it before the closing tag (on the main page). If you act through a CMS, for example WordPress, then the code is inserted into the header or footer of the site (header.php and footer.php respectively).
There are also additional settings, in which you can recommend activating asynchronous login, specifying the currency type and setting the visit duration to 30 minutes.
Now, after logging into your personal account on the site, you can check how the Yandex.Metrica counter works. A green icon should light up next to the name. If it is red, it means that the system does not see the counter, i.e. it is not working. A yellow icon indicates that the connection is being checked.
