Since the EU General Data Protection Regulation came into force, the requirements for handling personal data have not really changed, but the rights of individuals are more clearly defined, as are the turkey rcs data fines for violations. If I visit the nzz.ch homepage on December 20, 2018, for example, 77 third parties with names like linkedin.com, facebook.net or bttrack.com are eyeing my data.


There is a lot wrong with this past. Such advertising annoys people and weakens the brand. In addition, it is hardly possible for me to ensure that data protection requirements are met for all companies involved. And the behavior of switching channels that is common today is hardly taken into account.

The speed of channel switching, also known as "media multitasking," is constantly increasing. According to studies, adults switch channels every 30 minutes on average. Personalization within a channel therefore no longer makes sense; what is required is the ability to address a specific person throughout the entire process.
