1. Open Command Prompt as administrator.
2. Type the following command and press Enter:
net start shellhwdetection
net start shellhwdetection
3. Then check if the autorun function still works.
Method 5: Update Windows
1. Open the Run command window using Windows + R.
2. Type ms-settings:windowsupdateand press Enter.
3. Now click on “ Check for Updates ” to check for available updates.
