Every year the question arises as to which recruiting trends will shape the year. In doing so, people often forget to address the question of what exactly is meant by the term "trend". Depending on what I understand by that, my answer varies greatly. When I think of trends, do I primarily think of topics that are brand new on the market and for which there are no previous comparisons? Or do I understand trends to mean topics that a critical mass of innovative companies are implementing? Or is something only really a trend when the majority of companies are using it? There is no right or wrong here. The only thing that always applies is that the connection should be made clear.

I would like to give you an analysis iraq telegram data of the topics that have already been successfully implemented by a few companies in the last year, achieving very good results that serve as role models. These topics will most likely also be implemented by other innovative companies in recruiting in the future. The three topics that I will present have one thing in common: they are not tied to any specific technologies, even if they were implemented using specific technologies.
