In Syktyvkar Tissue Group, CRM was implemented with the aim of automating customer service processes, ensuring their transparency and maintaining customer data up-to-date, as well as reducing the labor intensity of processing customer information. At the same time, the task of collecting sales analytics for their planning and efficiency assessment was closed.

Result: there is an understanding of what tasks B24 will take russia mobile database on and how it will work in practice. The technical specifications for development have been written.

The tasks at this stage are reduced to setting up/debugging the server and installing/setting up Bitrix24. In a nutshell, the operating system is installed on the server, mail is connected, licenses are activated, security is configured. There are many technical details here, but the procedure is routine for us. Since experiments on the client's production server are fraught with risks, to reduce risks we connect test environments in which processes are created and debugged.

Result: a configured server with an operating system, environments and applications + a “clean” CRM.

We are transferring the organizational structure
You can transfer the company structure to Bitrix24 in different ways, more or less labor-intensive. Less labor-intensive - from the Active Directory (AD) domain or from 1C:ZUP. If you don't have either, create it manually.
