Problem tool selection

New tools are being introduced every day, including new communication tools . But which ones are the right ones, and how do I find the ones that are right for me? Do I need different tools for my private life and for work? Do the digital helpers run on my infrastructure, i.e. on my computer and my cell phone? How much do the tools cost and do my colleagues use them? These and many other questions need to be answered when we use a new app or SAS software in the cloud. And that despite the fact that everyone agrees that technology should only be an "enabler" and we only want to simplify things. However, there are now so many "enablers" that searching through the jungle of digital communication simplifiers can be very tedious.

Let's take messenger services as an example. Almost everyone uses messengers like WhatsApp in their private lives, whether to quickly arrange appointments, to ask a quick question or as an information channel. So why not use these tools in the professional kuwait telegram data environment too? But here too, we are bombarded with questions after questions:
Which tool do my colleagues use? If we use different programs, who will prevail and what will happen to the old applications that I already have links to?
What about data protection? Especially since the new European data protection rules came into force at the end of May 2018, people are warned against using WhatsApp for professional purposes, as the app automatically tries to gain access to all contacts.
How much battery and data does the app use? Not only does the battery consumption of your mobile device suffer from the use of messenger services, but constant synchronization with servers can also result in significant amounts of data consumption.
