Hello, dear friends! Today I will share with you my three great habits. They are very simple, but I am sure they will help me live a very long and healthy life. They are to sleep at least 7 hours 30 minutes a night, walk at least 6 kilometers a day and read at least 30 minutes a day.
In this video, I'm going to tell you why I prioritize these three habits, why these three are more important than others, and of course, I'm going to give you concrete and specific tips so that you can implement them in your life. I've been fighting for years and years to succeed in setting up, implementing these habits, and I have quite a few specific tips for you. Shall we discover them together?

I know that the community as a whole appreciates this personal development content qatar whatsapp number data and that is why we have a video every month that deals with personal development, three other videos are more focused on learning French. And every Wednesday we also have the podcast Marcher avec Johan in which I share my thoughts and the different things that I learn.
I've been reading and trying to apply personal development concepts in my life for over 10 years. And one of my biggest mistakes, I've already talked about it on this channel, was to do too much, to have personal development habits that were way too complex. At one point, I was doing so much that it became counterproductive and instead of giving me a good life, well it gave me a stressful life, full of obligations, because I had to meditate, do yoga, do sports, do stretching, learn a language, breathe. So all these activities put together created stress.
Today, I do less, but I do it better. I already told you in the introduction what the three great habits, the three great rules of life that I had imposed on myself were, and I will explain why and how to implement them in your life.
Here, I see these three big habits as commandments, things to do no matter what. The first thing is that I sleep at least 7.5 hours a night. I try to aim for 8 hours, but 7.5 hours is my minimum.
For over 10 years, I have had a morning routine. Having a morning routine means performing a certain number of actions when you wake up, when you get up, and you always perform the same actions, every day. That is a routine. If you do it in the morning, it is a morning routine. And for over 10 years, I have been getting up earlier than necessary.
