Start by doing everything you need to be in good physical health. Sleep well, eat well, exercise daily. All these simple things that are in your hands, that are in your power and that have nothing to do with others, do them, focus on them. Do what is good for your mental health, read, set goals, reflect on the daily, review your days, analyze your reactions, plan your future. All these things, they are in our power, we control them.

What they think does not depend on you.
And there is nothing more stressful than focusing on things that do not depend on us and that is exactly what we do when we compare ourselves to others.
