English titles are necessary for communication outside the Czech Republic
Another reason to use English is purely business. We deal with foreign clients and it is almost impossible to teach them how to pronounce the words director or project manager . For a company like AITOM, this means preparing 2 business cards that are practically the same.

Foreign clients and partners don't understand your email signature and you have to explain several times that you are truly competent to solve their query. In the worst case, they will mistake you for someone else because it was your first time dealing with them in English.

Some of our existing clients have asked us if we are unnecessarily destroying the Czech language. Well, we hope not. The development of a language is an evolution and the adoption of other words is simply homeowner database unavoidable. Today they are digital terms, before it was simply a dialect in the borderlands.

Despite this small change, we still try to speak to you clearly. We will continue to explain and simplify complex terms so that we can understand each other. Would you rather speak to a project manager than a Senior Project Manager ? It's up to you. In the words of the classic: no matter what the name is, you will still call the same Zdeněk.

For example, 29% of users do not use any firewall on their laptop, a significantly different opinion among the younger generation. Young people under 30, who have “grown up” on the Internet, understand the risks and invest much more in protecting their devices. In contrast, almost 40% of users over 45 do not use a firewall at all.

However, a quality antivirus program and firewall can save you in practice . It is the first barrier that viruses have to overcome, and fortunately most will never overcome a firewall. Many users forget to protect their smartphones, although they routinely read emails or search for information on them. Only 56% of users have some form of free antivirus on their phones .
