On January 1, 2025, the program "Zemsky cultural worker" will be launched . Regions will receive subsidies for one-time compensation payments to cultural workers who have moved to work in rural settlements, workers' settlements, urban-type settlements, or cities with a population of up to 50 thousand people.
Workers who moved to the specified settlements located in the territories of the Far East, DPR, LPR, Zaporizhia and Kherson regions will receive two million rubles each , and those who arrived in other regions will receive one million rubles each.

The standard also sets out the principles for determining the terms of the mortgage agreement, describes what the lender should take into account when setting the loan amount, term, possible fees and other parameters. It is recommended to conclude mortgage loan agreements for a term of no more than 30 years and for an amount no higher than 80% of the fair value.
Micro-apartments will not be built in the Moscow region
