Thinking about innovation in Government Relations. This was the theme of the event, held in the last week of July, by Inteligov. The chat, scheduled to take place live on a Thursday night, revealed the launch of the company's newest project: the Inteligov Community!
Beatriz Falcão, Community Manager & Policy Expert, was the presenter of the event and began the broadcast by talking a little about the initiative. According to Beatriz, the purpose of the Inteligov Community is to debate innovation in the RIG area, not only innovation in the technological aspect, but innovation in a humanized way. The central idea of the Community is to bring people who are starting out in the area to be the protagonists of the discussion, since these young people face the difficulties of carrying out the groundwork and monitoring.
Raphael Caldas, CEO of Inteligov, also attended the launch. Caldas says that the startup was founded in 2014, but at the time he was already driving around, experimenting with solutions and making latvia mobile database contact with people who could contribute to the project. A lot has changed in the area since then. Caldas points out that nowadays it is almost impossible to think about doing RelGov without a monitoring platform. In other words, it was from the moment he identified common pain points among RIG professionals that he was able to think of a more comprehensive solution.
Regarding the Community, the CEO emphasizes: “Innovation goes far beyond technology, which is why it was important to create this Community to find new methodologies.” The founder of Inteligov also highlights that one of the ideas behind the Community is that it should not have an owner, but rather that it should be owned by those who will participate, with special privileges for those who are just starting out in their careers and for those who do not have many years of experience. “Experienced professionals are also very welcome, but we should give beginners a leading role, something that rarely happens in the RIG area,” he states.
The influencers
In addition to having Beatriz Falcão as the community manager, other people will play a key role in the project: the influencers. They will be responsible for helping to engage in discussions, creating and suggesting content and material that can expand knowledge about innovation. In addition, they will be able to create mini-courses, provide mentoring and guide the next steps of the initiative. Beatriz emphasizes that she chose these influencers after observing the market and realizing that these young people have great creative potential.
