The custom confirmation message for technical support inquiries

For example, if a user selects “Request Technical Support” within a support form, the thank you message can include information about next steps and a link to support resources.
If they select “Sales Inquiry,” the message can include information about your products and a link to schedule a demonstration or consultation.
In WPForms you can set different thank you messages in the notification settings area.
But first, let’s create a support form. To do that, you can navigate to WPForms ” Add New .

On the next screen, you will give a name to the form. This name is only used as a referer, so you can thailand telemarketing data use whatever name you want.
Then, scroll down the screen to select a template. You can use the search bar to find the support form template faster.
Once you find the survey form you want to use, simply hover over it and click “Use Template”. In our example, we are using the “Technical Support Form” template.

This will redirect you to the WPForms builder interface. From here, you need to head over to Settings ” Confirmations .
From here, we click on “Add-on New Confirmation”.

Once you click the button, a pop-up window will open.
In this pop-up, type the new name for the confirmation in the text box. In this case, we will call it “Technical Support Request Confirmation.”
Then, click “OK” to enter the settings area.
