Moreover, Arzan was ideally supposed to become a kind of hub between manufacturers (deliveries without intermediaries) and small stores (wholesale customers). However, in 2009, the chain, like a number of other players, had problems with timely and full payment to suppliers, which led to the closure of several stores, including on Raimbek.
