When you look at the default Invoice Print Template in Vtiger, you will see that most of the Template is filled using Merge Tags.
These Merge Cards automatically pull record data into the Print Template, such as relevant Organization and Contact information, as well as details from the Invoice record itself. Here's what this Invoice Template looks like after it's applied to the Invoice record and ready to send to the customer:
When creating or editing an Email Template, simply click the Merge Tags button to display all available Merge Tags to use.
Next, the user can search for the Merge Tag associated with the relevant field they want to apply to the Template by scrolling through the list of available merge tags or by using the search box.
