Update support reps and managers on the number of open support tickets for each agent.These are just a few of the different ways some of our customers are using Scheduled Reports to save time, provide valuable insights, and increase productivity without having to spend extra time manually submitting Reports.


Creating a Scheduled Report is a simple process that only requires a few steps. Follow the steps below to start scheduling your Reports in Vtiger:

Once you have created a Report, open it and click the three dots (More button) in the upper right corner of the record. Select “Schedule Report.”

Next, the user will need to fill in and select details about europe cell phone number list who will send the Report, how often it will be sent, the start time, and the file format the Report will be sent in. Additionally, there is an option to send the Report via email even if the Report is empty.
*Note – If PDF file format is selected, only 1,000 records will be sent in the report. Users should schedule in CSV or Excel format if the report exceeds or is expected to exceed 1,000 records.

After clicking save, a pop-up will appear in the upper right corner of the screen informing the user that the .

Once the Report has been successfully scheduled, the user can adjust the recipients, frequency, start time, and file format of the Report by opening the report and clicking the “Add” button again.
Users can also see when the Report is scheduled to fire next, and they have the option to “Remove” the Report from the schedule on the same edit screen.
