ARMATIS: The most important thing is that the stand at the job fair is visually coherent and aesthetic. We also focus on trends that are popular at the moment. An example of this were our stickers with the capybara motif during the previous edition. Candidates did not pass by them indifferently. We also need to determine what target group we want to reach and focus on what such a person would react to - maybe a catchy slogan or a gadget. Our stand is an incentive, a demonstration of our potential and our commitment. We try to prepare the design of the stand, wall, roll-up and the previously mentioned gadgets well in advance.

TALENT DAYS: Without a doubt, you won the hearts of candidates with your capybara stickers! And what advice would you give to employers who would like to increase the effectiveness of their participation in job fairs?

ARMATIS: In our opinion, the key factor influencing the effectiveness of participation in Talent Days is a thorough understanding of the needs of your company. This means that we need to know how many candidates we actually need and for which specific specializations. In the last edition of the fair, we were looking for people fluent in Italian and German. Therefore, we focused on initiating conversations with such people in particular. This strategy significantly simplifies the recruitment process and shortens the time spent searching for the ideal candidate.
