How many things can happen in two years? If you had asked me this a while ago, I probably wouldn't have known what to answer. But today, looking back, I can say that two years can change your life in ways you never imagined. Since I was a kid, I always loved technology, but I was more on the user side than the builder side. However, something that had been resonating in recent years drove me crazy: blockchain.
Technology as a means to solve problems
Technology has always been a passion of mine, but it wasn’t until I got fully immersed in the ecosystem that I discovered something fundamental. I’m not driven by technology itself, but by using it as a means to solve problems. This discovery led me to choose a career with more content on the subject and to take my computer to school for the last three years of high school to learn more. I read whitepapers and looked for projects in order to better understand how everything worked. Here are three key points that helped me along this path:
The importance of self-education and curiosity.
The value of community and networking.
The need to have a clear purpose.
These elements were crucial to my development. Self-directed education allowed me to learn at my own pace and delve deeper into topics that really interested me. Community and networking gave me access to people and resources list of el-salvador cell phone numbers I wouldn’t have found otherwise. And having a clear purpose kept me focused and motivated.
Endeavor's impact on my life
My first contact with Endeavor was when I was 17. I went to one of their events for the first time and listened to people who opened my mind and, without knowing it, were going to mark the next years of my life. Daniel Rabinovich spoke about how to develop products and a user-centered culture, Diego Noriega taught me about the importance of starting a business with a purpose, Santiago Sosa shared the great story of Tiendanube and Guillermo Rauch, who at 15 years old was already programming and offering services to foreign companies.
These experiences were life-changing. They made me realize that I wasn’t alone in my passion for technology and entrepreneurship. They gave me concrete examples of people who had accomplished great things and showed me that I could do it too.
