In today's technological society, open to all types of users through the network, the dependence on communication as an instrument of economic efficiency and social influence has become even more pronounced. Institutions , like companies , have been forced to make changes in the methods of brand dissemination, corporate image, services... by resorting to communication strategies that take advantage of the unlimited facilities offered by new technologies and network flows.
