The challenge of organizing an event of this magnitude

Organizing an event like #InnovationTechWeek is no easy feat. It requires a tremendous amount of coordination, planning, and, above all, collaboration.

From daily team meetings to endless phone calls, every detail counts. Plus, it's crucial to keep SquadS startups running while the event is being organized.

This means that the team has to divide their time and energy between multiple tasks, which can be exhausting. However, passion and love for what we do keeps us going.

The number of proposals and the spirit of collaboration have been fundamental to the success of this event. Thanks to this, we have managed to organize almost 50 events in just six weeks. It is an incredible achievement that would not have been possible without the effort and dedication of everyone involved.
