Drupal won't be blocked due to sanctions?

CMS Drupal can be officially used as software for creating a website for any government agency of the Russian Federation in accordance with the Federal Law "On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection" and the Federal Law "On the Contract System in the Sphere of Procurement of Goods, Works, and Services to Meet State and Municipal Needs" based on the order of the Ministry of Communications of Russia "On the inclusion of information about software in the unified register of Russian programs for electronic computers and databases."
In short, DAR is an open source content doctor database management system for creating information websites. Using CMS Drupal as a foundation for developing and implementing solutions even in a government agency is legal, safe and convenient.
