That's right: they were all keynote speakers on the Congress intranet . The experts all stressed that 'the future of work' is not about technology, but about people.
The individual as part of a network of networks. The network that initially develops within organizations. But gradually the boundaries of those organizations and the network are stretched. And so is the intranet.
From the intranet's perspective, it is the world turned upside down. The technology does not determine what happens, but the movement from which that technology derives its right to exist. This broad and crisscrossing movement can organize one company or one management better than another. It is also clear from the stories at the congress: whoever does not go along with this, loses the battle.
