We installed Microsoft Clarity on the site to perform detailed user behavior analysis. After that, we developed a series of hypotheses that would improve conversion on the site.

Hypothesis 1
The user could not go to the second-level categories from the menu in the mobile version of the site. A convenient mobile menu will improve site navigation and increase conversion by 15-20%. To do this, it was recommended to implement a multi-level menu on the site and display all created categories in it.

Hypothesis 2
Users were not getting relevant results when entering bed size into the search. Setting up the correct search on the site will improve navigation and increase conversion by 7-10%.

Hypothesis 3
After clicking the “More” button on the category page, users did not see usa business email list any more products and then left the site. Showing additional products on category pages will increase conversion by 5-10%.

Hypothesis 4
On mobile devices, when scrolling through the page, the user did not have constant access to the menu or cart. A fixed header will improve site navigation and increase conversion by 7-10%. Therefore, we advised implementing a fixed header for constant access to the menu and cart while browsing pages.

Hypothesis 5
At the time of writing, users could not navigate to the corresponding product category pages by clicking on the text above the video on the main page. Implementing category links in the text above the video can increase conversion by 3-5%.

Product category links in the footer can improve user navigation and increase conversions by 3-5%. That's why we recommend adding links to new categories in the footer to make them easier to access.
