Among other first-wave OZPs in agriculture:

Development and implementation of an agricultural production management system based on domestic software (customer - Rusagro Group of Companies, implementation period - November 2025, cost - 670 million rubles, of which 560 million rubles is a grant from the Russian Federal
Development of software for managing milk production at a plant (customer - Dmitrogorsk Dairy Plant LLC from Agropromkomplektatsiya Group of Companies, implementation period - September 2026, cost unknown, but this is the only OZP 1.0 that the customer is implementing at its own expense);

Thus, five particularly significant projects of the first wave of the ICC "APC" received budget grants and subsidies totaling 1.466 billion rubles.

The ICC "APC" was created in the spring of 2024 on the basis of three industrial competence centers: "Crop Production", "Animal Husbandry" and "Food and Processing Industry".

Three ICCs will merge into one
At the beginning of 2024, three industrial competence centers (ICC) in the agro-industrial complex (AIC) - "Crop production", "Animal husbandry", "Food and processing industry" - will merge into a single ICC. The decision on this will be made by the presidium of the government commission.
