Disable HTML in commentsBy default, WordPress allows certain HTML tags in the comments that can be used to hide spam links. You can prevent this by disabling HTML in comments.
This means that any HTML tags used in a comment are seen as text but have no function. For example, if someone <strong>uses the tag, it will be shown in the comment but the text will not be bold. This also means that links will not be clickable.
