There are a few exceptions when you don't need to label creatives and report on advertising:
if the blogger was simply invited to star in a product advertisement that will be broadcast on third-party platforms. In this case, the influencer will be neither an advertiser nor a distributor of the advertisement;
Bloggers do not need to label advertisements for their own products if advertising creatives are distributed via email or on their social media pages;
All types of social advertising are also excluded.
