government agencies participating in the "Efficient Region" program. During the meeting, the participants discussed the interim results of work in 2023, as well as the further development of the program.

The projects of the "Efficient czech republic whatsapp resource Region" program are aimed at increasing the speed and efficiency of government bodies, improving processes, and reducing losses of time and material resources. The program is being implemented by the Government of St. Petersburg on behalf of Governor Alexander Beglov, with expert support from representatives of the Rosatom State Corporation and the change team of the St. Petersburg Information and Analytical Center.

The participants talked about the main areas of projects in the government agency, their statuses and implementation dynamics, noted positive aspects and problems. Thus, not only the quality of services provided to citizens has improved, but most importantly – the employees see the results of their work and are ready to share achievements with each other.

"The main result of implementing lean projects should be the simplicity and comfort of interaction between citizens and the state system. What is important is not the number of implemented projects, but the useful result - both for citizens and legal entities, and for the employees of government bodies themselves," said Stanislav Kazarin, who oversees the implementation of the program in the Northern capital.

At the moment, 100% of St. Petersburg authorities have joined the implementation of lean projects. Now the key tasks of each government agency are to involve the maximum number of civil servants and employees of subordinate institutions in lean management and the implementation of optimization projects through training and changing the management culture.

The main resource for change is people. The introduction of a lean corporate culture should influence the increase in the number of interdepartmental projects. When employees of different government bodies are immersed in the topic of lean management, cooperation in optimizing processes affecting different departments will become even more fruitful.

"Further large-scale changes at the city level will become possible,
including through the implementation of projects at the interdepartmental level. I expect them to increase for further replication of the most successful practices. This will allow executive authorities to become even more effective at all levels," the Vice Governor of St. Petersburg urged the meeting participants.

In the near future, it is planned to hold similar meetings with all government bodies in order to obtain a general picture of the vision for the implementation of the "Efficient Region" program.
