EU-US data transfer agreement annulled by European Court

The agreement concerning the transfer of personal data, also known as Privacy Shield, was annulled on July 16 by the European Court of Justice . This system was used by the majority of companies for the processing of personal data of European users.


ABOUT THE PRIVACY SHIELD AGREEMENT
The Privacy Shield is an agreement that allowed digital oman email list companies to legally transfer the personal data of European citizens to the United States. The complainant adds that the agreement will probably be invalidated by the European courts given the many shortcomings it presents.
