Feeling Uncomfortable Asking for Help

Post by jakariabd@ »

Many of our members and coaches are hesitant to reach out to others because they “don’t want to be a burden” or “it would be weird.”

In fact, everyone taps into their network to ask when they need something. And we all have needs. It’s especially important to build a strong network so you know who to turn to when you need a favor, and there’s nothing wrong with that.

In fact, as Simon Sinek reminds us, with real friends (and this applies to professional colleagues too), it's a shame not to ask for help when you need it.

Whatever you're working on at the sweden mobile database moment, try asking someone in your network for help. You might be surprised at how happy it makes them!

In conclusion
Building a network doesn't mean you have to be a natural extrovert or attend every social event. It's about building and maintaining quality relationships . Yes, you can open doors for yourself, but it's your network that's in those rooms that will be able to hold the door open for you to just walk in.
