Rostelecom, together with the Ministry of Health of the Komi Republic, carried out the transition of medical organizations in the region to a new information system based on the unified digital platform "ETS.MIS".

"The region has a pressing japan cell phone number list need to bring the regional system into line with federal standards: this is a requirement of the project "Creation of a single digital circuit in healthcare based on the Unified State Health Information System*" and a condition for achieving its target indicators. Having gone through the transition period, thanks to the coordinated actions of the employees of the CIT training center, medical workers, specialists from RT MIS and Rostelecom, we will achieve the set goals and fulfill the requirements of the federal project," said Nikita Markovchenkov, Deputy Minister of Health of the Komi Republic.

The medical information system "ECP.MIS" is based on lean manufacturing principles, which allow doctors to spend more time with patients and less time working with documents. This is facilitated by intelligent services integrated into the program. A single patient medical record, batch appointments, independent creation of templates and document protocols, as well as the ability to share them with other medical workers allow doctors to make decisions quickly and accurately.

Rostelecom has been implementing various technological modules in the work of medical information systems for several years to make them more convenient and accessible for patients and workers in the field. "ETS.MIS" will make it possible to build a predictable and understandable system of interaction between residents and all regional health authorities. The presence of a single database in the system will allow developing, improving and updating services not in a separate location, but in general in the entire medical system of the country," said Sergey Lobanov, Director of the Komi branch of PJSC Rostelecom.
