In this tab, you can manage all the deals that are taking place within your organization and you can handle them at different stages of your sales pipeline. In this tab, you can find the email address assigned to you by Pipedrive, which is similar to [email protected]. With this email, you can keep track of the emails you send and receive.

When you send an email to your client, you can add your Pipedrive email in the BCC field and the message will appear in this section. You can also attach the email to the client's history.
