select a fiscal data operator from a special list of those who have accreditation and conclude an agreement with them. Often this service is already prescribed for subscribers, check;

contact an accredited company and make an electronic signature. The certificate will cost about 2,000 rubles, plus setup in the region of 1,500–2,000 rubles. And it’s better to let a specialist do the installation: there’s a high probability that you yourself will get bogged down in blockchains, a list of certificates and utilities;

register a cash register. Go to nalog.ru, select "Accounting of cash register equipment", enter the required data. Confirmation will be sent to your email;

go to your personal account of the OFD, leave your registration parameters there, and all information about payments will be sent to the tax service.

The manufacturer can provide information about the compatibility of the device with the CRM system and electronic accounting.

If the customer prefers to pay at the time of delivery, the courier must have a cash register and he is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer.
