According to MuleSoft CTO Uri Sarid, more and more systems will be intent-based in 2021. “This will ultimately establish a new programming model: declarative. In this model, we declare an intent — a desired goal or end state — and software systems connected via APIs to the application network figure out the easiest way to do that,” he explained.
