Here are five key predictions every CIO should know:
1. Implementation of artificial intelligence, automation and analytics
By 2028, 85% of CIOs are predicted to be driving organizational change to embrace AI, automation, and analytics, creating agile, insight-driven digital business. This means CIOs will have to be ahead of the curve in understanding these technologies and implementing them effectively within their organizations. The most challenging aspect will not be the technology, but the alignment of business and technical cultures to successfully implement these changes.
