Does the new ASUS logo remind you of Star Trek?

Post by Rina7RS »

1. Elegant and light design
The first thing I liked about the ASUS Zenbook S 14 is how beautiful it looks. This ultraportable is available in gray and white, just like the ASUS Zenbook S 16 that I reviewed a few months ago. This time, I’m testing the gray Zenbook S 14, and I have to say, it looks stunning. I love the ASUS logo on the back, which reminds me of Star Trek, and I also love how beautiful the “ceraluminum” surface looks and feels smooth to the touch.

The ASUS Zenbook S 14 is small and thin. It measures 31.03 x 21.47 cm 12.22 x 8.45 inches in width and depth, and its thickness ranges from 1.19 to 1.29 cm or 0.47 ~ 0.51 inches at its thinnest and thickest points. It is also bosnia and herzegovina telegram data one of the lightest 14-inch laptops, weighing just 1.2 kg or 2.64 pounds.

ASUS Zenbook S 14 - Small, Light and Elegant

ASUS boasts that the Zenbook S 14 has passed multiple MIL-STD 810H military standard testing scenarios for reliability and durability, including high and low temperatures, shock, and vibration. I appreciate that such a thin, light, and elegant laptop is also durable enough to withstand the rigors of working while traveling.

2. All-day battery life
One of the best improvements introduced by this new generation of Copilot+ PCs is that they offer much higher energy efficiency than previous laptops and Ultrabooks. The ASUS Zenbook S 14 is no exception to this rule. Although I’m still in the early stages of testing and haven’t run all the tests I usually do, this laptop doesn’t seem to have any issues with battery life, which ranges from nine to twelve or thirteen hours depending on how you use it and the refresh rate of its display.
